Like man others, Jonny's working life was hit by the impact of the first lockdown as the Covid pandemic brought the arts and entertainments world to a sudden halt.

But enforced time off saw Jonny embrace cooking at home in a big way, which sparked an idea for a helpful and stylish offer for home cooks everywhere.

Having spotted a gap in the market for shows which show you how to cook food to an expert level, he has now filmed more than 22 chefs doing a total of eight dishes each for My Chef Skills - including Matt Healey, Masterchef finalist and founder of Grön cafe in Harrogate and Leeds.

My Chef Skills will offer users an endless stream of professional cookery courses with more great chefs being added all the time.
