Amy Stockdale, manager of The Old Coach House said:“We are delighted and very proud to have received this award. We take enormous pride in the welcome we provide to our visitors from around the UK and overseas, many of whom return to stay with us time and time again. "It is very rewarding to know it has put us in the top 100 accommodation venues in the country for customer service.“All of the team, owners, management and staff, have the same objective – to make sure our visitors have the best possible stay and return home with special memories of their time with us.”

The awards highlight accommodation providers, their owners, management and staff across the country who go ‘above and beyond’ to make customers’ experiences extra special.

Patricia Yates, VisitEngland Director, said: “From B&Bs in beautiful countryside and glamorous glamping, from boutique hotels to quintessentially English pubs with rooms, a range of outstanding accommodation providers right across the country are recognised by these awards.

"It is the human touch that these people provide that make visitors’ experiences memorable, ensuring repeat business and helping the industry thrive.”Nominations for the awards are triggered following annual quality assessment visits and observations by assessors from VisitEngland as well as online customer reviews.

The final judging panel also looks for innovation that sets the venue apart and help make the customer stay special.
