Harry Potter Spell Night fun in Harrogate

Young bookworms are set to have a wizard night at libraries across the area on February 4 as the second annual Harry Potter Book Night takes place across the world.

A library spokesman said: “On Harry Potter Book Night: A Night of Spells, we’ll be sharing the wonder of JK Rowling’s unforgettable stories and, most excitingly, introducing the next generation of readers to the unparalleled magic of Harry Potter.

“North Yorkshire’s young wizards, witches and Muggles will be treated to an evening of games, readings and quizzes.
