Harrogate police appeal after town centre road incident

Harrogate town centre has returned to normal today after an incident in Parliament Street.

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses to a reported collision at the peak of shopping time yesterday, Saturday outside Nando restaurant which led to an ambulance being called.

The incident on early Saturday afternoon causing long tail backs and slow traffic in the area where it happened.
