Football club to host Neil Diamond act

He is the latest in a line of stars to grace the 1919 bar recently, following in the footsteps of Freddie Mercury, Elvis Presley and Jon Bon Jovi acts.

Former footballers Danny Mills, Eddie Gray and Jimmy Lumsden have also featured.

A club spokesperson said: “The Neil Diamond event will be helping to raise funds to go in to the club’s not-for-profit Football Foundation which is doing great work in our local community.”

£15 per person, which includes food or just £100 for a table of 8.
