A fire has engulfed a lorry near Masham, leaving the vehicle and its cargo badly damaged.
Crews from Masham, Bedale and Ripon were called to tackle the blaze on Pot Moor High Road at 1.26pm on Tuesday, 27 April.
The driver was unharmed and the 7.5 ton vehicle was the only vehicle involved. Fire crews were able to prevent the blaze from spreading to the surrounding vegetation.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews from Masham, Bedale and Ripon have been called to a lorry fire.
"The 7.5 ton vehicle suffered 100% fire, heat and smoke damage to the whole of the vehicle and it’s contents of parcels.
"Crews used 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hosereels and hand tools. The cause is believed to be an engine fault."
