Congestion in Harrogate and Knaresborough has reached critical levels - as more houses are built, it will only get worse.
North Yorkshire County Council has today published its study into congestion in the two towns, which sets out five options to tackle an issue which is damaging the local economy and causing mayhem for commuting motorists.
