Harrogate Ladies’ College Lacrosse team is taking Yorkshire by storm with seven pupils selected to play in the Under-19s Yorkshire A squad.
Tilly Axon, Isabel Copnall, Annabelle Fuller, Tassy Heslop, Alexandra Skinner, Mia Southgate and Christina Wood will all represent the county and compete in a series of inter-county competitions.
An additional six members of the Harrogate Ladies’ College team, Emma Brown, Elizabeth Gill, Amy Harrison, Brigitte Jennings, Lexie Murray and Lucy Walch have been selected for the U-19s Yorkshire Lacrosse B squad, while Maria Osadchenko was selected as a non-travelling reserve.
Fran Irvine, Lacrosse Coach at Harrogate Ladies’ College said: “The girls have worked incredibly hard to reach the levels of performance and skill needed to earn places in the Yorkshire squad.
“I’m so proud of what they’ve achieved and I wish them all the best for their forthcoming inter-county competitions.”
