Driver tested positive for cannabis after being stopped near Harrogate
A driver was stopped on the A61 towards Harrogate yesterday, on suspicion of drink and drug driving.
Sgt Paul Cording said the driver passed a breath test in custody, but tested positive for cannabis. A blood sample was taken, and the driver has been released pending the findings of the sample.
Sgt Cording said the vehicle caught his attention due to the "manner of driving."
