Racial abuse claim on X98 bus
West Yorkshire Police area appealing for witnesses to a racially aggravated incident that happened on a bus from Wetherby to Leeds.
The alleged incident happened on the X98 service on the morning of Thursday May 13.
“A passenger using the service was subjected to racial abuse throughout the journey as he sat on the top deck of the service which left Aldi, Deighton Road, Wetherby, at 10.30am and arrived at Headrow, Leeds, at 11.20am,” said a spokesman for the force.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have been sitting on the top deck of this bus during the journey and saw or heard the incident.
