Police appeal for witnesses after six cars damaged in Harrogate

Police are appealing for witnesses after a series of vehicles were badly damaged in Harrogate at the weekend.

North Yorkshire Police is investigating criminal damage to six cars at Dene Park between 4am and 5am on Saturday, June 26.

The vehicles had their windows smashed with stones and other objects, causing hundreds of pounds worth of damage.

Officers are appealing for the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

Enquiries are ongoing, including a trawl of council and private CCTV which covers the area.
