Arsonists attack car in Ripon

Arsonists in Ripon have badly damaged a motor car which was parked on its owner’s drive.

The Kia was set on fire on Whitcliffe Grove on Wednesday, September 24, between 10pm and 10.30pm, after the suspects smashed the rear window and threw petrol into the vehicle. The vehicle sustained extensive damaged in the attack.

Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw anyone acting suspiciously. In particular, they want to speak to the occupants of a large, dark coloured vehicle seen in the area at the time.
