Arrests made after man attacked in Bilton

A 30-year-old man from Harrogate was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent following the incident on Woodfield Road.

Police were called to a report of a serious assault on a man at about 4.30pm yesterday and also arrested a 47-year-old Harrogate man, on suspicion of assisting an offender.
