A59 closed after crash near Kirk Hammerton
Police have closed the A59 in both directions after a three-car crash.
Officer’s say nobody has been injured in the crash which occurred at around 1.50pm on Tuesday December 2, however one of the vehicles is on fire.
The fire service are currently on the way and the road will remain closed until they have dealt with blaze.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area at this time if at all possible.
