CCTV IMAGES: More than £3,000 taken from Ripon pensioner

More than £3,000 was taken from an elderly woman's account when her bank card was stolen in the Queen Street area of Ripon.

Police are keen to speak to this woman (pictured) after the pensioners card was taken on December 4 2015.

Later that day it was used on numerous occasions in the Harrogate and Leeds areas to withdraw large amounts of cash in excess of £3,000.

PC Peter Macmillan of North Yorkshire Police said: “Police are releasing these images of a female that we believe might have key information regarding this incident, and would like anyone who might have any information about who she is or anything else to do with the incident to come forward.”
