A new jewellery boutique in Harrogate’s Montpellier Quarter has partnered up with Young British Designers.
The first pop-up collection was launched at India Mahon on Montpellier Street last week featuring three of YBD’s most successful artists – Lily Kamper, Klements and LF Markey.
Committed to discovering and showcasing the very best of emerging British fashion design talent, this latest partnership will give the fashion-forward consumers of Yorkshire the chance to peruse and shop for uniquely individual designs.
YBD founding partner, Debra Hepburn, said: “We’ve been very selective when considering potential collaborations as it’s vital that any partner shares the same passion and support of our brand.
"As an internationally-renowned designer herself, India Mahon is not only a devoted customer of YBD but also strongly believes in the promotion of exciting new British designers.
“We’re delighted to be working with India to bring our collection to the people of Harrogate and look forward to the launch of the first installation later this month.”
India Mahon said: “This will be the first time I’ve devoted part of the boutique to hosting regular pop-up collections, and I couldn’t think of a better or more suitable partner to do it with.
"I’ve created a calendar of exciting fashion events for consumers who appreciate handmade jewellery and unique contemporary British design and can’t wait to welcome people to my boutique to experience and enjoy these fantastic pieces.”
The series will continue for another four weeks, bringing some of YBD’s most successful young artists.
