Digital agency responds to growth with recruitment

Full service digital agency has welcomed five new recruits to support continued growth in digital marketing and web development.

Online marketing expert Mark Pickering, who specialises in SEO, social media and digital strategy, will work on expanding the Harrogate agency’s services in helping clients find ways to convert clicks to customers.

Mollie Robinson, whose experience includes overseeing strategic projects for national finance institutions, joins the project management team. Account managers Rick Stephens and John Young, who between them have significant experience of working on campaigns for well-known brands including Boots, Olay, M&Ms, npower, Royal Mail and Morrisons, will develop the range of big name clients at

York University graduate Swetha Poosarla was attracting industry attention even as a student when she created Qchat, a scientific web chat application used by quantum physicists for exchanging complex mathematical equations. She joins the web development team.

Managing director Rob Burns said the recruitment drive was in response to growth in all areas of the business.

He said: “We were keen to add specialist expertise to our rapidly expanding digital marketing division but also recognised that we needed to invest in customer support. Mollie’s strategic planning experience will be a huge asset, as will John and Rick’s client liaison skills as we focus on maintaining and improving high levels of customer service as we grow. Swetha’s appointment demonstrates our commitment to graduate training and development.”
