Market now for a sale by Christmas
Home-movers wanting to sell their house by Christmas should put it on the market this week, according to estate agent comparison website EstateAgent4Me.
Properties listed for sale in October have taken an average of 65 days to sell over the past two years, suggesting that sellers this year should have listed their house for sale by Tuesday (October 17) for a sale by Friday, December 22.
