Key workers deal on new homes still on

Homebuyers still have time to benefit from an extension to Vistry Yorkshire’s attractive key workers package – which a wider range of front line workers that have been giving their all during the ongoing pandemic.

The developer, part of Vistry Group, is offering its special house buying package until the end of the year.

Vistry Yorkshire already runs an attractive purchasing package for key workers, and this was extended in the summer to all those signed up for the NHS volunteer scheme – as well as all those newly-classified by the Government as key workers in the battle against Covid-19.

Under the scheme, which is available at the popular North Yorkshire developments in Killinghall, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Rudgate, Seamer, Middle Deepdale, East Ayton, Malton, Tockwith and Thirsk; eligible key workers can benefit from cost curbing incentives to achieve their dream home this autumn – and their ideal work/life balance.

This includes: £500 off for every £25,000 of the purchase price, flooring up to the value of £3,000, combining the scheme with the Government’s own popular Help to Buy five per cent deposit incentive.
