With the lockdown rules easing next week to allow us to meet up in groups of six, or two households, to enjoy al fresco drinking and dining, we took a look at some of the Harrogate bars and pubs which will be opening their outdoor spaces from Monday, April 12, when the rules change and through the rest of that week. Where will you be going first?
9. The Fat Badger
The Fat Badger on Cold Bath Road will be reopening on Monday, April 12. A statement on its social media reads: “We are excited to finally unveil Pod Ville, our brand new alfresco drinking and dining space at The Fat Badger and we're ready to take bookings for 12th April onwards.
Following the success of our Winter Wonderland we've gone bigger and better with 15 pods all seating up to 6 people in your own private space.”
10. Harrogate Tap

12. Major Tom's Social
Major Tom's Social will reopen next week, from Wednesday, April 14. A statement on its social media reads: "⚡️Only a week to go before can start serving pizza and beer to you in our outside area, we really can’t wait ! again even if it is only outside for the moment. Our slots are filling up fast but you can grab the remaining slots via our website. The council are only allowing us to put seating out at certain times so our open times from week commencing 12th are: Wednesday to Saturday : 5pm - 11pm
