Catch, the award-winning seafood restaurant brand, are opening their latest addition to the group on Cheltenham Parade in Harrogate, in the former Graveley’s restaurant and takeaway.
The site has undergone a £250k transformation during lockdown, and will open as a takeaway on April 19. The restaurant is due to open in May in line with Government restrictions.
Catch say they pride themselves on delivering a casual seafood dining experience, using sustainably sourced, quality seafood. It is the latest in a long line of family fish and seafood businesses which spans nearly a century.
The investment includes a significant kitchen upgrade which will allow the restaurant team to broaden its menu and serve the top quality and healthy seafood dishes that the Catch brand are known for, alongside traditional fish and chip meals.
A new bar area has also been incorporated into the refitted restaurant, which will serve a range of draught products, cocktails and wines. Exclusive to Catch Harrogate is a Champagne and Oyster bar for diners to enjoy.
Sarah Stuttle, Managing Director at Catch, said: “We’re all so excited to be expanding the Catch family and opening our fifth restaurant. Graveley’s has been a part of the local community for a long time, and we’re excited to welcome these loyal customers to Catch, as well as some new faces, when we reopen.”
In addition to Harrogate, the Catch group includes four other restaurants in Yorkshire; Holmfirth, West Vale, Headingley and Street Lane.
