Channel 4's Come Dine With Me is looking for budding Harrogate chefs to take part in new series

Residents across Harrogate are being encouraged to apply to take part in the next series of popular cooking competition Come Dine With Me on Channel 4.

If you have spent the last year of lockdown perfecting your cooking skills, you can finally test them out on the wider world and take the chance to host a special dinner party for the cameras.

Think you have what it takes? Then why not apply and you could be walking away £1,000 richer.

Sasha Risner, Casting Producer, said: "Following the success of previous episodes in Yorkshire we are back looking for hosts to create the recipe for success.

The only criteria is that you are over 18 and not working or trained as a professional chef.

For this series, in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, they are shaking up how they film Come Dine With Me and will be using a centralised house to host social dinner parties, which will take place in September 2021.
