Two major events are coming to the Stray in Harrogate this summer.

Harrogate Food and Drink Festival is coming to West Park on June 26-27 while Harrogate Fake Festival, which first took place in 2015, will be bringing its giant marquee to town on Saturday, July 17.

The food festival will feature a huge selection of Yorkshire’s most delicious street food with live cookery demonstrations, an expanded artisan market, entertainers, children’s activities, well-being activities, and a variety of live jazz, pop and acoustic music.

Fake Fest promises six professional tribute bands renowned for putting on superb performances. Here’s a look back at other, lesser well-known events that have been held on the Stray.
