Newby Hall marked the 50th anniversary of its Historic Vehicle Rally this weekend.
The event in the grounds of the stately home near Ripon has grown to become the biggest one-day classic car show in the north, with over 1,000 exhibitors.
North of England Classic and Pre-War Automobiles organise the rally, with the likes of Aston Martins and Wolseleys on show. Enthusiasts also run auto-jumble stalls.

9. Newby Hall & Gardens near Ripon are celebrating the 50th Anniversary of their Historic Vehicle Rally event. The North’s biggest one-day annual car show organised by the North of England Classics and Pre War Automobiles, attracting exhibitors from all over the country. Over 1000 vehicles of all makes, from Aston Martin to Wolseley were polished up and put on parade for one of the highlights of Newby’s opening season.
