You can now see how many Covid cases there are in your area with new NHS England postcode checker

A new online postcode checker lets you see how many Covid cases where you live.

By using the new tool, by NHS England, you can also look at how many people have tested positive for coronavirus as well as how many people have received triage appointments to assess those who may have caught Covid-19.

By typing in your postcode, the interactive map lets you search up to a 10 mile radius and accounts for the most recent seven days.

All have been identified through the NHS lab tests or swab testing.

A new online postcode checker lets you see how many Covid cases where you live.

It also reports the number of Covid-19 symptoms reported to the NHS Pathways 111 telephone service.

But the figures do not represent people who may have called the service multiple times and it does not include people who may have been assessed through 111 or 999 calls.
