In addition, Harrogate Hospital Radio is one of ten shortlisted for the coveted Station of the Year award.

Harrogate Hospital Radio chairman Ian Wighton said: “Being shortlisted for four awards is a fantastic achievement for us and a great way to start the new year.

“I’m delighted for Mark, Martin and Ellie in their individual nominations and we will be keeping our fingers well and truly crossed for them come the awards dinner.

“For Ellie, being shortlisted in these awards is becoming a force of habit and it’s the sixth time in the last seven years that she has made the cut.”
