Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana celebrates welcoming over 7,000 guests in first month at new Harrogate restaurant
Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana in Harrogate has enjoyed a fantastic first month since opening, welcoming more than 7,000 guests to its new restaurant to enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Launching last month on John Street with an enticing 3,000 free pizza giveaway, the restaurant has been met with a brilliant reception from visitors and locals, adding to Rudy’s existing popularity across neighbouring restaurants in Leeds, Chapel Allerton and York.
Keen to become a part of the Harrogate community, the pizzeria’s opening was also marked with a dedicated charity night bringing together customers, staff and local supporters to raise money for Harrogate Homeless Project.
The event raised an incredible £1,678 to support the charity’s work in preventing homelessness and supporting those affected to move towards independent living.

The pizzeria offers 120 covers inside the restaurant and 35 covers outside, providing the perfect place to enjoy pizza alongside crisp Italian lagers and classic stirred cocktails, whatever the weather.
Since launching in 2015, Rudy’s has grown from one base in Manchester to 37 pizzerias nationwide.
The pizzeria in Harrogate marked the second opening of this year, with more plans in the pipeline for the rest of 2026.
Neal Bates, of Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, said: “The reception we’ve received in Harrogate has been fantastic.
"We are ideally located in the heart of the town’s food and drink scene and already feel very at home.
"From our charity event to meeting literally thousands of locals through our Pizza on Us offer, we’re thrilled to be a part of the Harrogate community and look forward to experiencing more of the town’s unique culture as we head into a summer of fantastic festivals and events.”
