New Harrogate housing development is unveiled

Award-winning national housebuilder Persona has started unveiling a development of approximately 350 homes and says the official launch will take place at the end of September.

But houses at Watling Grange, a collection of two bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five bedroom homes are already available to be reserved to buy outright - with some homes available through shared ownership.

Since setting up in 2018 Persona has developed everything from starter homes in Hull to £1 million pads in Essex.

Located on the outskirts of town off Skipton Road, the new houses in the first phase cluster of Watling Grange are designed to provide shelter, frame key views - and benefit from landscaped pedestrian routes and views of The Meadows, a spacious green space with a network of footpaths, cycle ways, allotments and community gardens.

Priced from £280,000, Watling Grange is built on a 46-acre former quarry site, which once helped build Harrogate’s existing iconic architecture.

The houses will reflect the stone architecture which has given the town its much-admired look.
