Here's how to watch the Harrogate Advertiser Excellence in Business Awards online today

The long wait finally comes to an end today, Thursday, when the winners of the Harrogate Advertiser Excellence in Business Awards 2020 are announced during a live online ceremony at 4pm.

The event, which is one of the highlights of the local business calendar, had been due to take place at the Pavilions of Harrogate in April, but the coronavirus pandemic intervened and the black-tie ceremony was delayed due to the national lockdown.

The awards will still be hosted by BBC Look North anchor Harry Gration MBE, but all the action will now take place online and will be free to watch.

There will also be Best Team Photo and Best Tweet of the Night competition running throughout the ceremony via Twitter.

All the best entries will be featured on the Business Awards live feed and winners will be announced at the end.
