"As far as we are aware Tier 2 means we can reopen in a similar way to pre-lockdown."

After opening its new Bakeri Baltzersen bakers shop along from its original cafe on Oxford Street in Harrogate in early October, this week has seen the award-winning independent open another Bakeri in Knaresborough to instant success.

When the new Bakeri opened , it sold out in two hours on Wednesday and two and a half hours today.
