The surge in business has enabled Impression to grow its in-house team and make the shift from a web design agency to a strategic digital agency.

For Northern Energy, Impression will review its online offering, re-design its website and develop a new mobile app.

The firm has also been involved with the creation of The Alkemistry, a high-end jewellery brand to be launched by Kirstie Gibbs, senior jewellery buyer for Harrods.

Most recently, Impression has worked with occupational health physiotherapists Fitback to align their online presence, launch a new digital identity and deliver long-term online marketing support.

Charlie Hartley, managing director of Impression, said that converting the three wins into retained clients reflected the firm’s shift from a web design agency to a strategic digital agency, adding: “We have only been able to make the shift by bringing additional expertise in-house.”

“Looking forward, with the change in our business model which has had a reflection in our client base, by the end of quarter four we’re hoping to have significantly grown the design and development team with several new recruits.”
