But he is by no means the only local act on the bill over the weekend.

The line-up also includes a wide variety of acoustic and more rocky fayre and, for fans of Harrogate’s The Four 45s, there’s exciting news for the band is to be reunited on stage with their original lead singer Joe Flanagan.

Other musicians on the bill also includes Dragonfly Tattoo, The Paper Waits, Strangers in Paradise, The Omega Era, The Jack Edwards Band, Backyard Bisons, The David Sinclair Four, Pray for Hayden, Ade Payne, Sarah Louise Boyle, Paul Mirfin, Matt Anderson, Jamie Bevan and According to Eve.

The festival will celebrate all aspects of rural life with nostalgia events, children’ activities, farming shows, craft stalls and street entertainers, as well as live music.
