A feast of ukes with The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain!
It's not very big, it plays only three chords and is a member of the lute family but the ukelele is currently enjoying a new boom in popularity.
For fans of the 'uke', those much-loved ukelele-wielding funsters The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain celebrate ‘Thirty Plucking Years’ of gloriously funny treble tones with a grand tour of the UK this December which comes Harrogate’s way on Thursday, December 17.
Appearing at the Royal Hall, there’ll be heaps of hit songs, an ample helping of laughs and eight outstanding ukulele players all striving towards the same absurdly amusing goal. Christmas gold!
