Eye Spy exhibition puts spotlight on homeless

Contemporary photographer Nigel Tooby showcases an artistic installation at the Workhouse Modern gallery at 29 Cold Bath Road in Harrogate from today, Thursday in support of homeless charity, Simon on the Streets.

Running until October 6, the exhibition called Eye Spy records experiences seen through the eyes of the homeless.

In sharp contrast to the usual naked charity calendars showing smiling faces and covered modesty, when Nigel was commissioned to develop a series of photographs he chose instead to share the brutal reality faced by those sleeping rough, through their eyes.
