It promises to be unlike anything you’ve ever seen before as Valley Gardens transforms for three magical nights into a stunning Fire Garden.
A magical and sensory experience, the beautiful gardens will play host to a fiery spectacle of sculptures and installations on a grand scale.
The spectacular display created by internationally renowned French company, Carabosse, is the centrepiece of the 50th anniversary celebrations of Harrogate International Festivals, co-commissioned by Yorkshire Festival and with help from Harrogate Borough Council.
Using flaming flower-pots and cool cast-iron contraptions with music resonating throughout the night, the familiar spaces will turn into otherworldly fire-gardens.
Roam through blazing landscapes, pass by hand-made metallic inventions and be warmed by red-hot charcoal as these musicians, metal-workers and storytellers create a fairground of fire.
Sharon Canavar, CEO of Harrogate International Festivals, said: “This is a really accessible event for all the family. We hope it’s a once in a lifetime experience.”
Tickets are £3 for adults, £1 for children. Tickets must be booked in advance, and can be purchased at the Festival office on Cheltenham Parade, via Box Office: 01423 562 303 or online at www.harrogateinternationalfestivals.com
