Odeon to host autism-friendly movies

AUTISM-friendly film screenings will be held every month in Harrogate after a successful pilot project.

Dimensions, an organisation which supports people with autism and learning disabilities, has arranged to show films at the Odeon cinema every month.

Lights will be left on low, the volume is turned down, trailers are omitted and people can move around and make noise as they want, making going to the cinema easier for people with autism and learning disabilities.
