Rylan Clark & Jake Quickenden, The Viper Rooms, Harrogate.
It was two for the price of one at The Viper Rooms in Harrogate with not one but two X Factor contestants making a public appearance.
First up, knocked out in the early stages of the competition, was Jake Quickenden.
Armed with his guitar Jake took to the stage in front of a packed Viper Rooms audience only to discover due to technical difficulties the guitar was not playing along.
Leaving him with only one track to sing to a backing track, Jake gave a strong performance, so much so the crowd got him to sing it all over again.
Technical difficulties solved it was time for the the star of the night, flamboyant Rylan Clark, to take to the stage.
At well over six feet in height Rylan worked his way through a collection of tracks from his appearances on X Factor, Rylan entertained the crowd making the stage his own and connecting with the crowd throughout.
At one point he even took a mobile phone from a fan who was videoing his performance and sang directly into the phone camera before handing it back.
During a short question and answer session at the end of the show Rylan would not be drawn to give a yes or no answer on his rumoured forthcoming inclusion in the next Celebrity Big Brother series before heading off to meet and greet the hundreds of fans who lined up in the best of British queues to have their photographs taken with the X Factor contestants.
