Ripon netball club seek new players

RIPON Rockets Netball Club are looking for junior players to join their growing youth set-up.
The club only launched last year, but already have 71 junior members.
All their coaches are committed to the children’s continuous development and their own, attending coaching and umpiring qualifications and regular England Netball skill specific workshops.
They have a Level 3, a qualified Level 2 coach and two Level 1 coaches working towards a level 2 qualification this year.
The Rockets train at Ripon Grammar School on indoor and outdoor facilities on Saturday afternoons with age groups ranging from U-11s (Hi 5) to U-16s.
In addition, Rockets will run B2N after Easter encouraging local players, specifically targeting the 16-25 age group and older players to create senior squads, which will enter the Harrogate Summer League and Winter league in both Harrogate and York NYNAL league in September 2012.
The club has entered three teams in the North Yorkshire County competition in York. For further info and membership details email riponrocketsnetball@talktalk.net
