Football: Town visit Chester after County Cup exit
hsb Town v Hinckley Utd. Lee Elam (121215M3b)
Harrogate Town return to Blue Square North matters tonight, as they take a trip west to play league leaders Chester.
Chester sit nine points in front of nearest challengers Guiseley, having played 19 games so far.
Town presently reside 12th in the division, but hold as many as five games in hand over the sides above them, after an extended FA Cup run which ended a week ago in Hastings.
Simon Weaver’s troops enjoyed a tremendous 5-0 win at home to Hinckley in their last league encounter, although crashed out of the West Riding County Cup on Tuesday after a 5-0 reverse against Guiseley.
The Wetherby Roaders are then back in action on Saturday away at Bishop’s Stortford (3pm), before Boxing Day’s hosting of Workington (3pm).
