Harrogate Town could find themselves back on the south coast in two weeks’ time, if they get through Tuesday night’s FA Cup replay at home to Hyde.
The Wetherby Roaders have been drawn away at Torquay United in the first round proper, the side who knocked Town out of the competition on penalties at the same stage seven years ago.
Under Neil Aspin, Town drew 1-1 at Plainmoor, before holding them to nil-nil in the replay.
Unfortunately Town were then beaten via spot kicks after extra time at Wetherby Road.
However, before Town hit the long road to Torquay on November 3, they first have to get past Conference side Hyde.
After conceding a penalty in the first half on Saturday, a late Leon Osborne goal across the Pennines ensured Town another bite of the cherry at home on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
