Dwayne, 21, is a pacey right sided player, and joins after being released by Worcester City.
Meanwhile, Town’s retained list has been announced.
Jonny Allan; Adam Nowakowski; Alan White; Mark Cook; Craig Radcliffe; Matt Bloomer; Lee Elam; Alex Meechan and Robbie Youhill are all staying.
Paul Brayson, Jake Picton and Laurie Wilson have been let go.
Long term injured players, Paul Heckingbottom, Danny Stimpson, Liam Hardy and Michael Brough have all been invited back to pre-season training. As has Chib Chilaka, Paul Beesley, Dan Clayton, Jack Emmett and Josh Garbutt.
Boss Simon Weaver will be speaking to key defender Richard Pell when he gets back from holiday.
Town fans will get the chance to see both players in action when Harrogate travel to play Ossett Albion in their first pre-season friendly on July 21.
