HARROGATE Town captured a narrow 1-0 win at Worcester City to progress to the next round of the FA Trophy.

Craig Radcliffe’s 17th minute corner was met by striker Paul Brayson who bundled in from close range.

Town ‘keeper Mark Cook kept out Danny Carey-Bertram on two occasions, Lee Elam and Brayson both hitting the bar at the other end.

Matt Bloomer also shot over from close range but the score remained 1-0 at the whistle.

Meantime HARROGATE RAILWAY took the lead away at high-flying Lancaster City in the Evo-Stik First Division North, Paul Beesley slamming home in the 52nd minute.

But City powered back to lead 3-1, and although Rob Henry’s own goal gave Railway hope, they were unable to find an equaliser.
