TADCASTER Albion ended a six-match winless run with a 3-0 success at home to Long Eaton United.

The victory keeps Paul Marshall’s troops sixth in the NCEL Premier Division, but they hold games in hand over the three of the five teams sitting above them.

Taddy went a goal up via Russell Headley’s effort in the 44th minute, before two goals for Billy Law secured all three points.

Albion are due to face Pickering Town away from home this weekend, who are coached by ex-boss Jimmy Reid.

Meantime in the West Yorkshire League, SHERBURN WHITE ROSE captured a vital victory away at Carlton Athletic, winning 3-2.

BARDSEY continued their run of top form, crushing Pool 4-1 away.

WETHERBY ATHLETIC were beaten 1-0 by Oxenhope Recreation.
