Letter: Development - Restored building is a joy to behold

I would just like to congratulate the owners and developers of the restored building at the corner of Kings Road and Cheltenham Parade.

This building has been an eyesore for many decades, particularly with the upper floors being nothing more than a pigeon loft.

It was originally the Spa Hotel and is now called Spa Building.

To see the stonework cleaned, the building back in use as serviced apartments is a real joy and adds quality accommodation for visitors to Harrogate.

Someone had the vision to take on this daunting project and I would like to wish them every success.
