A 55-year-old woman remains in a serious condition in hospital after a car crashed into a group of people sitting outside a Boston Spa pub.
Police were called at around 3.10pm on Saturday, August 6, after a Toyota Auris crashed into a group of people sitting outside the Stew & Oyster pub.
A 55-year-old woman suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash and was airlifted to Leeds General Infirmary with her injuries.
The woman remains in hospital in a serious condition with a further two people suffering less serious injuries in the crash.
Members of staff and fellow customers at the Stew & Oyster rushed to the aid of those injured in the crash before emergency services arrived.
A statement posted on the Stew & Oyster's Facebook page read: "Our thanks to everyone who helped earlier today, our thoughts are with those affected."
Police are appealing for witnesses who have not yet come forward after the incident to contact them on 101 quoting log 1077 of August 6.
