Spofforth’s very own Confuoco Tuition offers a comprehensive scholarship and bursary scheme. The scholarship fund acts as a support for students who struggle to finance the private tuition that is proven to enhance their learning. The fund is sustained by proceeds from concerts and some generous local benefactors. The fund is a manifestation of the fundamental belief that everyone should be given the chance to learn and enjoy their chosen subject in a personalized environment. Confuoco will be registering as a charity and soon will be organizing regular fundraising events. Please support the gifted children of the village and surrounding areas. Confuoco’s fundraising group is hoping to hold a raffle on the night so any donations will be gratefully accepted. If you have any donations contact the numbers below or email -  pnirodi1@hotmail.com Tickets  £7 adult, £5 child, £20 family will be available from G & M News or contact 07906 418571.
