Harrogate and Nidderdale Art Club: is holding its Autumn Art Exhibition and sale of works at Ripley Town Hall on Saturday and Sunday, November 10 and 11. The exhibition is open each day 10am - 5pm and admission is free. Details www.handnart.co.uk

Festive Fizz: the Friends of Ripley School are holding a festive shopping evening at Ripley Town Hall on Tuesday, November 13 at 7pm. It is a ladies shopping event with over 20 stands including clothes, handbags, jewellery, Christmas gifts and decorations, books and toys, home accessories and soaps and smellies. Tickets can be bought on the door at a cost of £5 including glass of fizz and nibbles. Bar and raffle as well.
