Glasshouses WI: November and December have been very busy months for Glasshouses WI. At our November meeting we all made Christmas flower arrangements under the supervision of Pat Quarrie. All were a success and have been adorning our tables over the Christmas period. In December we had a Christmas party with games, a quiz and food accompanied by a couple of glasses of wine. Also in December members attended their Christmas dinner where we exchanged gifts. A very enjoyable event at the Willow Restaurant. We are now looking for new members to join us in the new year and take the group forward. We are holding our annual meeting and social evening at 7.30pm on Wednesday, January 9 at Primsite, Chapel Row, Glasshouses. Refreshments including wine will be provided. Why not come along and meet us to have a chat about our forthcoming events and activities. You will be made very welcome. For further details contact Judith Smithson tel: 01423 711086. We look forward to meeting you.

Do you have any spare wool or knitting needles we could have? Every Monday 1.30-3.30pm starting on Monday, January 14 in the Lounge at Pateley Bridge Methodist Church. Refreshments available.
