Art Club: the next meeting of Pateley Bridge Art Club takes place on Tuesday, December 4 at 7.15pm at the Broadbelt Hall in Glasshouses. Christmas social. Visitors are welcome.

Art Sale: by the Pateley Bridge Art Club on Saturday, December 8 at Pateley Bridge Memorial Hall Committee Room.

A night of live Acoustic Music: is to be performed at the Pateley Club on Thursday, December 6 at 42 High Street, Pateley Bridge. Free entry, but we will pass the hat. Guests welcome. Bar open at 8pm. The evening runs 8.30-10.30pm. Featuring The Good Old Boys - great band, returning again to entertain you. John Drakes - guitar and vocals, Mike Campbell-Cole - guitar and vocals, Mike and Chrissie Perry - guitars and vocals. The evening will be hosted by local performers Mike Campbell-Cole and Mike Perry. For any further information contact 01423 711867.

Outing: the Pateley Coffee Ladies have organised a coach trip to the Metro Centre, Gateshead on Thursday, December 6. The cost will be approximately £11 and the coach will leave Pateley Bridge at 9am with pick up points down the dale. If you would like to go please contact Linda on 711942 (evenings).

Cinema in the Dale: the final film of the autumn film series will be Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, showing on Friday, November 30 at 7.30pm in Pateley Bridge Memorial Hall.

Pateley Bridge Ladies Club: will next meet on Monday, December 10 for a Christmas dinner at Wildings. 7pm for 7.30pm and please bring a wrapped gift, value £5. New members and visitors are always welcome. For more info contact Pam on 711679.

Christmas Fayre: at Pateley Bridge Auction Mart on Sunday, December 9, noon-4pm. Booking forms for table top and stalls are now being accepted. £25 for a complete pen or £15 for a table. Book early to avoid disappointment on 01423 712032 or 01423 711494.
