A motorcyclist was airlifted to hospital after a serious crash at Arkendale, near Knaresborough.
The rider suffered a fractured wrist, broken leg and a knee injury and was kept in hospital overnight on Friday night (August 9).
The motorbike, a Suzuki motorbike, and a Citroen C1 crashed on the slip road from the A59 onto the A168 on the Friday morning.
The A168 was closed for around four hours to allow the air ambulance to land, and for the road to be cleared.
